Will my T Shirt be signed by Lewis Hamilton

Hi there,
Newbie here. I Purchased 2 x McLaren T shirts from a recent trip to the Abu Dhabi F1. I have been reading on here that items sent to celebs are returned and signed whether authentic or printed.
Has anyone had any experience of sending items of clothing for an autograph and if they have been successful?
I wanted to give our girls a surprise .
