How much to send for postage?

If I were to send to Germany from the States how many Forever stamps would I need to put on the envelope and how much money would I need to enclose for the celebrity to use postage to send it back?

According to usps.com, a large envelope weighing 4 oz.(including up to 2 photos and SASE) to Germany is $3.76. Hope that helps.
