hi, is there a mail delivery today in east coast despite of snow storm yesterday? please let me know. thanks

Exactly. Unlike in other countries, the USPS delivers no matter what the weather is. The only way I could see them being prevented from doing their job is equipment or computer failure.

Not true at all. NJ declared a "State of Emergency" and that usually means stay home and off the roads so they can plow. I just shoved 30 inches of snow and there is no mail so far (it usually arrives around noon) and I am not expecting to get any.
