Requesting Cast Photos

Hi
I wanted to request a cast photo from a TV show and wasn't too sure how to make out the envelope since it's not to one specific person. Does it need to have a person's name included in the address?

The only cast success I have had is from the TV show NCIS. I have tried other casts but haven't gotten any responces.
You could write, "To the publicity department of ____(TV show)_" on the envelope, I think I ususally put, "To the cast of __(TV show)_
What show are you wanting to write?
