Hi Everyone,

Firstly, I just want to make this clear, I don't want to know WHAT you send (because it's none of my business!). But I'd just like to know DO you send anything for the celebrity when mailing out a request?

I've been collecting since 2007 and I've only ever sent something to 2 people, Johnny Depp (probably unlikely that he ever got it) and Yunjin Kim. Other that those two, I only send a letter and a photograph for them to sign, along with a SASE.

When I wrote to Walter Dean Myers I made him a card, decorated it, and told him how much I look up to him.

When I wrote to Johnny Depp who is my hero, I included a bracelet that I'd made, I always wonder if it got to him as I know it's just the Agency that deal with his letters and autopen the photo's that get sent.

It's nice to send something, but to be honest I just couldn't afford to send everyone something.

I've sent cards in the past, as well as embarrassingly bad artwork. Don't think I've sent anything in awhile though.

Thanks for answering, cards are a nice thing to send. I think handmade things are really great but I am SO bad at that kind of thing lol

Mind you sending something like a handmade card or artwork no matter how good or bad it is, it'll always be appreciated
