But when i send an email to selena gomez - autograph - email , then i dont get an autograph.. why?

Sometimes people don't respond after getting a request through the email. Some celebrities prefer you to send a photo and SASE for them to sign and return to you so maybe that is why you didn't hear from her after the email. I don't know about Selena specifically.
