About two and a half months ago I mailed 8x10 photo with SASE to Abe Vigoda. Six weeks ago I received the photo autographed. Today I received a postcard from his personal Fan mail and memorbilia agent. The post card states, All customer supplied photos & specialty items with postage $10.00 Photo supplied by Abe Vigoda w/postage $20.00
On the post card it states that I owe them $10
Shouldn't I have been notified of this before hand?
Any comments?

The proper procedure should have been that they just returned your pic with the postcard saying that he now charges. Since you did not agree to the charge you really owe them nothing. But you could always send in the $10 if you want.
