who are the fanmail.bizmanagers? what do they do

WHO are the fanamil.biz managers? What is up with this site? What does it mean when I bring up a name feedback is listed but when I click to read it says the requested topic does not exist? This happens more often than not. Is this site not working correctly? and if so can you advise me of one that works? These are questions may I have answers

There are answers, it's been answered in about 10 different topics. There is a database problem, over half a million posts are "missing", and admin is trying to fix the problem.
