Cast of Buffy - Studio Fanmail Reply?

Hi 
I recently sent an email to the studio fanmail buffy address: buffy@studiofanmail.com
The automatic reply said:
"An automatic reply from http://www.studiofanmail.com Thank you for writing and for your support of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Because Buffy is now out of production,our contract to answer requests for free photos within the United States has expired. We regret any inconvenience. If you reside outside of the U.S. you are still eligible to receive a photo.This address is for photo requests ONLY.The photos are gifts from the celebrities to their FANS,therefore multiple requests for photos will be rejected.Your NAME and POSTAL mailing ADDRESS is required to receive the photo. Due to high volumes of mail, we cannot reply personally to your questions or comments.The photos are not approved for auction or resale".
Now I live in the UK. So.. am I right in thinking they're still going to send me the Pre Print?
Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, just seems odd they would stop giving photos to people in the US (where postage is less) yet they continue to send photos overseas.
