Yes the do!! she's currently on tour so she'll probably answer any mail when she get's done. I'm still waiting on her as well.

yeah im waiting on her to, i actually saw her on her tour and she was absolutley amazing

I've Sent 3 letters out to Katy Perry's Management and have recieved nothing back! I sent 1 in late 2010 and 1 in early 2011 and 1 in mid 2011. Fingers crossed i get a reply!
