so im going to print a few photos for katy to sign for me but will she actually sign them or am i wasting money i want to send vv this tour shes on.... any help any1 knoe if shes signing this tour?

I've not seen any Katy Perry successes so far while she's been on tour. I would just send to her management address and when she's done touring she will go through her mail and reply. I've currently got a request out to her right now via her management.
