Pretty much the only way to get all those will be in-person or through friends who do In-person collecting. None of them sign authentic TTM, aside from Johnny Depp who will sign VV if you catch him just right.

Isn't Morgan Freeman near impossible to get? I've read many accounts of him simply refusing to sign even in person?
Tom Hanks is one I would love to get...considering his magnitude I doubt I'll ever get him in a quiet setting without the swarm of dealers swarming around him.
