Movie Premiere Advice?

I might be going to the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 Premiere in New York, and I need some advice...
1. The celebrities are supposed to be there around 5:00, what time should I arrive?
2. Do they sign the autographs outside or inside? And how do I make sure they will sign my book?
If you have any other advice for me, that would be great!!
