Via Venue Sending??? :)

Question about VV sending.
I've been doing this for a while, but.... I don't think it's working.
A couple times I've emailed the place for upcoming events, so i know exactly where to send it to.
But for ones that I can't/haven't... which way is the best way to address it.

Which one would you choose?

I would address it the first way you posted. The name of the person/act you are sending to followed by the name of the venue and then the address. At least that's how i've always done it.
