Hey!
I live in Finland and I would like to know how many IRCs should I send to receive autographed pictures from the USA and the UK?

If you want to send from Finland [finland] to the UK

or the USA

then I would include 2 or 3 IRC's in your envelope. This will cover the postage, and some celebritites may be kind enough to return any un used IRC's

I'm from Norway [norway] and i have never used more than 2 irc but if you want to be on the safe side use 3! Welcome to the fourms
