I've already had two signed secs pics of mr williams and its very difficult for me to meet actors. If I send another letter with a pic or dvd cover and explain I would like his real autograph would she/him get robin to sign my items or his it more likely the sec will sign them be grateful for advice thanks.

I expect you can explain all you want. But if he won't sign, he simply won't sign. Afterall, everyone who writes wants his real autograph. How many people do you know writing in to say "hi, can you please have Mr Williams' assistant sign this DVD cover for me please?"
