what if i can not find a irc

hey guys just wanted to know something. i just sent out like four letters to the uk but i could not find irc and i did not put any money in there so do u think i will get my photos back i know some of the harry potter stars pay for there own stamps. but i really want to get is maggie smith to singed my photo i sent to her but would she pay for her own stamps.

best thing to do is to buy/trade for the stamps you need.
IRC's are way too expensive. They are a ripoff and a lot of celebs dont' even know how to use them.
with real stamps you save money and you can find out how much to use by using the website of the postal service of the stamps you use.
i hate IRC's
