Miley Cyrus 2 year wait for preprint

She must get tons of fan mail cause I sent her a photo on 8/18/2009 and just got it back around 8/25/2011. I waited for two years to get a preprint autographed photo and a second photo. At least they sent my photo back. No sense is providing the useless address for this junk.

I know. It's frustrating. I waited a year and two months for Julia Andrews only to get a photo provided that was not signed. Not even a preprint. Just a photo and a letter explaining she doesn't sign. :(
