...and wondered if you should send a LOR before they don't sign anymore? I had that with Miley Cyrus. Thankfully, I got her autograph before she started sending pre-prints. 
Unfortunately, I remember when Selena Gomez had just came out on WOWP and I remembered thinking, "I should probably send her." But I never got around to it and when I was going to, she had already started sending pre-prints... Anyone else have any examples??? I have had it reverse too when I thought people would become more popular but never reach it, at least not yet. lol

Although I wrote to Demi when she was still becoming popular, but sadly never got a reply.
