Where do i put IRC?

okay im sending sase, lor, and a couple photos to james macAvoy hes located in the UK! do i just put IRC'S in my envelope addressed to him along with my photos and lor and my self addressed envelope?

That's correct! he'll take the IRC's and exchange them for UK postage and put that on your return self addressed envelope. {up}
