Where do i put IRC?

okay im sending sase, lor, and a couple photos to james mcAvoy hes located in the UK! do i just put IRC'S in my envelope addressed to him along with my photos and lor and my self addressed envelope?
also if i cant get irc's then what? and how could i include in my lor what the money is for so he knows?
