It isn't just one address she is on tour so you will have to send to the venue she is performing at, here are the dates of her tour http://demilovato.com/. I suggest emailing the venue to see if they forward fanmail.

You know, I from Lithuania, and it's far from USA, so, I don't know how about tour, bc I don't know how much time my letter will go to USA. Sorry for my bad English.

Since you aren't in America, I would send it maybe 2 weeks before and write on the envelope "PLEASE HOLD FOR DEMI LOVATO UNTIL (concert date)"
