Does PSA authentication mean it's PROBABLY authentic? I know no one can ever be sure unless they see the person themselves signing it but does it mean the chances are its real?

Also, can this seller be trusted?

I'm thinking about buying something from them but just wanted to check.

Thanks if you can help!

psa authentification means that the autograph has been deemed authentic by their (PSA's) "experts"

they do make mistakes, but for the most part they do a pretty good job and in my opinion they are one of the top 5 authenticators on the market... especially for sports autographs

There are so many different opinions on this and people like to get argumentative about it. IF I buy something on eBay, I'd definitely prefer that it be authenticated by PSA or Steiner. They aren't 100% accurate, but I think they do a great job. The best way is to do your research on the persons signature...ask knowlegeable people what they think about the autograph. If its sports related, ask the people at sportscollectors.net. I just about trust those guys more than I do any 3rd party group.
