VV Actor using Alias instead of birth name question

Okay I'm about to send out a VV request to an actor who uses an Alias name instead of his born with name. If you were sending, would you address it to the actor via alias or via birth name? Just curious if anyone has ever had this come up before? Thought? Opinions?
