Mystery Autograph - Do you know who this is? (Solved)

Hey,
I received this autograph sometime prior to 2000. I was wondering if anybody had any idea who it is. I used to keep track of what I sent back then but have since lost those records. Any help is appreciated. My apologies for it not being a 'conventional' success/feedback forum post.

Thanks to Hennessy76 I now know it's Roland Emmerich. Which is wicked.
