"Arian asked me to get back to you and to apologize for the delay. He is super busy getting in shape for next season and spending time with his wife and baby. We should have an autographed picture we can send you in the next week or two. Give me your address and we'll make sure you get it!"

Have to see if it happens and you actually contacted him since it was obviously not a public email you used. No proof it was actually his. Many people have had broken promises and received nothing when they say things like that.
