Hey Guys.

I have a problem. Personal Private Addresses... To use or not to use if you found them?
I mean... I understand both sides of the argument... and I sent to two and I didn't feel too guilty.
Now I have a third one... and um... I feel very hesitant to send to it.

any thoughts?
(The normal address gets 99.99% Secs back.)

And NO I will not give out any of the private addresses I have. I told them that in all 3 letters (even if the third letter is not sent)
You want them, you have to look for them.

Try it, but say something nice in your letter (sorry for disburbing your home). Thanks for not giving out the addresses. I totally agree with you

Oh all three letters have pretty much something similar: I ask for your forgiveness for finding and choosing to send to your address.
And something along the lines of: I will not give out your address nor use it again.

and thanks for supporting my stance of not giving out the address. I invaded 3 people's privacy... I would only compound that by giving it out to other people

I'd never feel comfortable doing it, but as long as you are genuinely apologetic and have tried other means, I'm sure once in a while it's an OK thing to do.

I don't feel comfortable doing it... I feel very nervous doing it actually. And truly hope they forgive me. However if they burn my request in a fire... I wouldn't blame them. just please don't send me the ashes. haha

I can see both sides of it. I get why someone wouldn't send to a private address but I also see it this way, I'm sending a letter, they can just trash it. I am not showing up on a door step all crazy stalker like. And, the address is on the internet. I dunno, I am very conflicted on how I feel.

I have used private addresses 3 times so far, no luck, but they did recently go out so who knows what will come of it. I wrote one letter to someone I really look up to thanking them for all they do for the gay community, and the letter was really important to me. I hope they get it and actually read it, I had tears in my eyes when I wrote it, and I didn't feel like there was any other way to get it to them. I am sure they know they are appreciated and so is their charitable work but I wanted them to know how I felt.
