I can't believe it worked!! I sent a really nice letter, and on the envelope I printed out the capitol seal and pasted it on the front and the back of it. I also pasted it onto my letter. I will CONFIRM it for people. The second picture got a bit smudged.....but I'm still happy with it regardless.
