Katie Price sells pictures on her website for £6.99, with the possibility of her writing a message on it for you for an extra £5.99
Cher Lloyd sells signed pictures on her website for £6.99, last time I checked
However, the best successes are the ones where you dont buy them, the best ones are where you write to the celebrity's fan mail address and request an autograph with a self addressed stamped envelope

Ooh I didn't know Cher Lloyd sold autographs... immediatly ordered one (6,74 € including shipment and handling = 8,34$) Thank you!

Yeah, she put them onto her website a while ago now
I luckily got my Cher picture for free, back when she was sending them out free via her fan mail, but now I'm not sure if she does that while she sells them on her website
