Channing Tatum and others...

So I have been seeing many Channing Tatum successes recently, dating back from January and forward. Most people are stating that they are secretarial, which is completely possible with many celebs and other high power people.

So my question is do people who use ghost signers typically hoard mail for several months and then go through it all or do they typically stay on top of the fanmail?

Unrelated, I understand auto-pens/stamps/pre-prints, but I do not understand how allowing people to forge signatures and pass them off as a true signature is legal...that one is over my head I guess.

It is only a matter of legal if the person who is signing the autograph doesn't have the permission of the person signing it.
You can sign my credit card receipt if I authorize you to do so.
same difference here.

That is true, didn't think of things that way. And as long as they aren't benefitting somehow there really is no legal harm done.

Ahh...clarification.
