Please help

I am a HUGE Braves fan and I have seen TONS of Atlanta Braves signatures but this one perplexes me. It is a purchase (got it cheap) and the seller had no information (this is why I got it so cheap) because it was in a lot from an estate sale. Any info would be appreciated. I have ruled out two candidates. It is not Michael Dunn (last name does not match) and it not Mark Lemke (first name doesn't match). Thanks again.
