What do you consider a Success?

I consider a Success when you get a return PP,Genuine or other.

Its only a Failure i think if its an RTS or you get your photos back Unsigned

Exactly the same as you think! Whether it's a PP/AP or authentic, I consider it as a success because you at least got something back! RTS or the photo back unsigned I consider as a failure, and a sec as well (because then another person wrote it, trying to trick you to believe it's real)

Yup getting a sec success annoys me coz you wanted this celeb and they CBB (cant be bothered) to sign for you when you took the time to write a letter.

Its different with sec Dedications as they are just trying to fullfill someone request to get a dedicated one and they arnt faking anyones sig they are just writing your name which you requested

I agree with you :)

When I get RTS or my stuff back unsigned then I consider it a fail. I'm not too keen on secs either...

I agree I haven't gotten a sec yet but if I do I'd probably toss it, but I'm always on the fence when you get your photo back and PP cause it's like yeah you got something back but at the same time they sent back the photo which makes me 50/50

No offense here... but you gals a crazy!

If you are happy with PP or AP then just write to me and give me a list of every celeb you are trying to collect... and I'll give you every fake autograph you want. This way you will save time and postage!

Why are you wasting your time? Isn't the whole point of collecting autographs... to collect "real/authentic" autographs?

Anything but an authentic autograph signed by the hand of the celeb/athlete is NOT a success.

The belief that APs and PPs are a success is the main reason why so many people on this forum are clueless and keep on sending TTM request to celebs that haven't responded authentically to TTMs in years/decades!

God, you litterally just took every thought from my head and posted it lol.. {up}

I've never bought into this "atleast you got something back." If I wanted a PP, I could print one off the internet. If I wanted a sec, my mom could sign the celebs name on my picture for me. I dont know why people enjoy getting fakes back... maybe it's because they think it's cool that they wrote to a celebs agency... and someone at the agency, NOT THE CELEB, sent something fake back? I dont get that.

About time somebody had the guts to post these!!!!! I can't agree more, especially with your logic of printing one off the internet/having my mom sign it for me, my grandma jokes about that whenever I get in a known failure, she always goes "I'll sign it for you" and for my definite fakes, I actually let her sign her name above the celebrities.
