Mike Brewer Delay in Autograph sending via Email

Hi,
I just re emailed Mike Brewers website regarding his autograph and i recieved this email today.
Hi Emma,
You have not received your autograph yet and there are many other who have not yet received there, your the only person who has email. The reason for this is because my Mother passed away so just to let you know your on the list to be sent an autograph
