How does a post on Feedback get counted for the poster's Reputation, cause I posted at least 30 different unique posts on Feedback, and I have all the URLs, but my reputation is only 11, and (the ones I got for my rep aren't my best ones)

Your feedback isnt just what gives you those points. It helps at times. The other way you can get them is if you help someone out and things like that. I have even seen them given when someone is a little nicer in their posts. Im sure youll get more.

That's right It is a visual indication of how helpful/reliable/friendly/polite etc etc a member is. Sometimes you might get a point for a great feedback success, but it just depends who is looking at the time.

All members can vote for all members, using the buttons under their name on the left-hand side of every post

Nothing really. But having a high reputation usually increases your chances to become a moderator if you apply for a slot.
