isnt that email address only for the disney characters like Mickey and not like disney channel stars like raven simone or hilary duff?

Yes I believe that website contact is strictly for the Disney Characters ...not for actors/actresses from their shows....
You have to contact the Disney Channel address or Disney Studios to reach a live actor or actress from the Disney Channel tv shows and/or Movies...
