ADMIN: POSTING Photographs?

I was wondering how to post pictures so that they appear in full form right on this website without having to click a link.
I posted a link once and it came up as the actual image. But when I tried for my next 2 successes, it didn't work.
Could someone please explain this to me?

Instead of choosing the [URL] option, choose the [img] option and post the link in the brackets.

On this screen, right above where your text box is, instead of selecting the button for "URL", select the button to the left of it that says "Img". Then, in the brackets, paste the url to the image and instead of it showing up as a link, it will post the photo.
