Just wanted to know how long people tend to leave it before sending another request if you haven't heard from a celeb?

6+ months for me. And when I re-send I explains that I've tried to get his/hers autograph before with no luck

Thanks for the feedback, I have waited alot longer than 6 months for some replys lol. Time to try again!

I also wait 6 months to 8. Also I usually write if they have a new address posted since some addies seem like duds and newer ones sometimes work when the old one did not.

I also re write if the celeb has a new cast/promo photo if part of a tv show

I hardly ever try more than once, only if it would mean more than just a lot to me to get this one autograph... I think that the odds that my LOR got lost in the mail are not too big, so I'd rather try someone else than the same one over and over again. Anyway, I'd never give it a second shot before waiting for at least a year (unless I happen to get a valid VV address or something like that in the meantime).
