Do you think....picture help

Do you think it would be ok to send a picture of someone when they were younger? I was going to send to Bob Dylan VV, even though I know he doesn't usualy sign, and can only find good pics of him when he was younger. Would it be at all insulting to ask him to sign a picture of himself when he was, say 20? I don't see how it would, but I wanted a few more opinions before I had the pictures printed.

Yeah, I think it's perfectly fine. I've had pictures of celebrities signed from when they were younger, like Doris Day and Debbie Reynolds. They probably like to know you've been a fan of their stuff since the beginning. It's still them in the photo, it doesn't really matter at what age it was taken.

Thanks orangelazarus, that's baisicly what I was thinking too. I just didn't know if it would be odd since he looks so different now then he did when he was younger. I'm sure you're right about them thinking you've been a fan all along, only I'm too young for that
