Hey I know a couple of players that will sign.
1 Pat Neshek will sign everything you send him as long as you send a sase. Patneshek.com
2 Heath Bell will normally sign one or sometimes two things.
3 Brad Ziegler I have seen several successes from him.
Good luck and welcome to fanmail.biz!!

Hi,
First of all I would like to say welcome to the forum! I am also relatively new to the hobby since I have been collecting since about November 2012. I have amassed a collection of about 50 autographs in that time span of mostly baseball players but also a few government, TV and music personnel. This hobby is all about taking risks so don't be afraid to send to somebody. Since I see that you are mostly interested in baseball here is the list of baseball players I have gotten(by the way I'm a Mets fan):
1. Justin Turner x2
2. Pat Neshek x2-He is probably the best signer. You can send him anything and he will sign it.
3. Bud Harrelson x4
4. Kent Tekulve
5. Steve Garvey - another great signer
6. Ed Kranepool
7. Billy Beane - A's general manager from the movie moneyball
8. Jon Matlack
9. Ron Cey
10. Dave Henderson
11. Charlie Hough x2
12. Frank Tanana x4
13. Ken Singleton
14. Sid Bream x3
15. Greg Gagne x2
16. Alan Trammell
17. Andrew Miller - via Red Sox fan pack - read below on how to get one.
18. George Foster
19. Bobby Doerr - HOFer and a great signer even at 95 years old
20. Jim Bunning - HOFer and great signer
21. Tim Teufel
22. Ben Oglivie
I also have a list of about 60 other players that sign ttm that I am planning on sending out to in the near future. You can PM me if you would like that list. I would also suggest collecting team fan packs. You can do this by emailing the team of your choice.
I also have 2 questions for you:
1. How long did the Josh Hamilton take ttm.
2. What do you prefer current players or retired players or it doesn't matter

Another cluster of players that I have had recent success with are:
Gregg Olson
Don August
Wade Boggs (with donation)
Oddibe McDowell
Cris Carpenter (old Cardinals pitcher, not Chris Carpenter)
Mike Cameron

Crap, I sent Wade Boggs a 5x7 a few weeks ago with no donation. I saw successes without it. Oh well.

Thats fine though! I perfer to do it with donation because I dont mind it as long as it is going to a real charity or something worthwhile. I am also getting ready to mail Dave Henderson. Id love his autograph, but I would like to donate to the charity more.

I didn't even look in to see if Boggs has a charity. I just saw some successes from him without anyone mentioning money. I DID send $20 on the same day to Andre Dawson(my favorite player) and an official ball because I know he has a foundation.
I am finding a lot of players have foundations and that's the way to go. Next on the list with foundations......
Leroy Butler
Fergie Jenkins
Gilbert Brown
Ahman Green

Great stuff! I know Boggs uses the sends the donations to the "All Childrens Hospital" located near his home in Tampa, FL. What address did you use for Dawson if you dont mind me asking?
