Autographs at Good Will store

So I go to the good will store a few times a week. This past week I saw a few autographs.
One was from Mel gibson (not sure if it was authentic. It was framed and just had his name). they had a few cards signed by sport players. Then they had Johnny Carson. I believe it is authentic because it is dedicated to someone. The store wanted $150.00 for it. It was framed of course.

I am curious how much would u pay for an autograph from a store?
Recently Received: Paige O'Hara, Don Rickles, Phyllis Smith, Larry The Cable Guy, Sam Elliott, Katharine Ross :)
