HOF MLB TTM Free Signers (as of 2013)

Hi,
I have read through many threads on this site about HOF MLB players who sign for free including players such as Bobby Doerr and Ernie Banks. I have also come across some threads where it seems that HOF MLB players who used to sign for free in the past now charge for their autograph. I am specifically wondering as if this year which HOF MLB players you have had successes from for free. I wanted to use this so I can decide which players to send to and also to help others interested in sending to HOF MLB players. Thanks for all positive and useful feedback.
