I have come the conclusion that I am sick and tired of buying IRC's! So now I am looking for someone from USA who can help me with buying some stamps for me and send them to me? I will of course pay you in advance.

How many American stamps should I put on an envelope with, say, an 8x10 photo in it? (To the U.K)

For a letter weighing 1 ounce you need to enclose $0.84 worth of stamps. For a 2 ounce letter you would need to enclose $1.70 worth of stamps.
(I weighted a 8 by 10 and it was 1 ounce, so $0.84 should be enough.)
