My opinion/.02 cents:
From what I have seen on here Erin Sanders, Austin Mahone, and Ciara Bravo are pretty good with mail. Victoria Justice is hard to get unless you've got an email or meet her it seems. Your others listed I'm not totally sure, I only know a few of them but good luck!

I got a success from Ciara bravo :p and I'm pretty sure ill get one from Erin because her and my sister are like best friends... And everyone on the top are people I already wrote to and sent out
