who did you send baseballs to?
Could be anything.
Wrong address. Signer moved.
Signer felt overwhelmed/taken advantage of and no longer wanted to sign.
Perhaps your letter wasn't very convincing.
Perhaps they thought you were a dealer.
Did you include return postage?
