Whats In Your Letter Pile?

Since I'm currently out of stamps... I have still been writing celebrities, I have quite the stack building up...
Just wondering, do any of you keep writing when you don't have stamps? Or do you only write when you have stamps available?
If you do write then who is in your current letter pile?
Uhg this no stamp thing is killing me, I hope I get a book of them soon...
