Matthew Smith and Maggie Smith are GREAT. Alan Rickman generally will sign VV. I got him when he was in NY. Ralph Fiennes I haven't seen a success for in a while, but I was able to obtain him TTM before Part 2 came out, so you never know. Rupert Grint was responding really well VV. Bonnie Wright has been great TTM, but her signing habits have changed of late, but she's worth a shot anyway.

I'd explore the forum, and check out the right sections as you'll find the answers
Also check out the search box at the top of the page... if you type names into it, like magic it will churn out any results.

As for Rupert Grint... via venue yes you have a chance, via his agent nada.
