NBA Teams that don't sign TTM

I was just curious was to which teams signed TTM, and thought a shorter list would be what teams do not.
I know the Celtics don't, and I am pretty sure the Heat and the Lakers do not as well.

Consensus is that Greg Oden will certainly be worth another look over the next couple of seasons. Yet, because of the risks inherent with his health situation, Oden may struggle to make more than a minimum salary next year.

The Heat do. I got signed cards back from Ray Allen and Shane Battier. I think it's more of a player decision than a team one.
