How to address LOR to band, singer who goes by stage name

Hello!
I am writing to a few bands and musical artists, and I am wondering how to address my LOR. On the envelopes, it makes sense to put the full band name or the singer's stage name, but do I do the same on the letter? Addressing mail to a band seems fine, but it seems weird to address a letter to five people under one group name, but I also feel silly sending all separate letters...
And some musical artists go by stage names. Do I address the letter to the stage name, to their real first name, or to "Mr./Ms." their real last name?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated
