Hello i know lot of people use stamps and later they throw them away i thought maybe somebody could giveme away some stamps

Why would you want used stamps? If the mail person, properly did their job you wouldn't be able to re use them anyways. Also if you were able to reuse them, why wouldn't ourself use them if we paid for them in the first place?
