Lindsey Stirling..?

Hey, a month ago I sent my first fan mail (God.. the waiting is killing me, I guess that's because it's my first attempt and I've realized how patient you guys need to be!); not so long considering it's from the UK to the US but can anyone tell me how long you'd recommend waiting before trying again? (And heck, if anyone knows if she even sign's aha)- I'm determined for her to be my first one as a huge fan.
Sent it to the address on her website;
"Jennifer Fletcher
Attn: Lindsey Stirling

Just mainly wanting to know how long the recommended wait time is, especially since it's from the UK to her in the US.

//Sent SASE, 8x10 photo from her album, and a nice letter on 8/9/2014; received back 9/22/14 my original photo, my original letter and another letter asking me to by tickets for her VIP Meet and Greet events in order to receive anything autographed as she will not sign anything unless you have purchased something, signed by Jennifer Fletcher. Very disappointed, sent my facts of disappointment to Jennifer Fletcher via Lindsey Stirlings official website. Don't waste your time, stamps or money on pictures to send you to her. Used address in system and website

Although I've sent it to the Jennifer Fletcher [Attn. Lindsey Stirling] and all, I've noticed the Jennifer Fletcher on the website etc has been removed from the address. Something changed in that aspect or could it be nothing?
I sent a SASE/photo/letter on 11th August [I'm from the UK]; suppose since it's my first I'm quite impatient about it ehe.
